Job Description | Position Summary: The Institutional Research
Officer plays a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
to support decision-making processes within the institution. He/she also
collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate data collection and
reporting, as well as to identify areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - ·
Assist in institutional
data collection and cleaning for the purpose of developing institutional
reports to support decision-making processes.

Conduct analysis to
identify trends and patterns within the institutional data.
- ·
Assist in developing and
maintaining databases to facilitate efficient data collection.
- ·
Utilizing software and
analytical tools for reporting and visualizations.
- ·
Assist in preparing institutional
annual performance reports based on relevant metrics.
- ·
Conduct and compile institutional
surveys for accreditation reports.
- ·
Assessing the current institutional
academic programs, student services, and administrative processes through surveys.
- ·
liaise with stakeholders
across the institution (faculty, staff, students, and external partners).
- ·
Communicate research
findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- ·
Assist
in analyzing and compiling data driven insights for strategic plans and goals.
